VYAANZA — RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Vyaanza. We work hard to deliver your orders fresh, safe, and exactly as described.
Because we sell food products, certain hygiene-based guidelines must be followed.

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

 

1. Non-Returnable Items (Food Safety Standard)

All food items—including Vyaanza Chia Pudding—are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

This is the standard industry policy followed by almost all Indian FMCG brands.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Replacement

We offer free replacement in the following cases:

Wrong product received

Damaged, leaked, or tampered package

Missing product(s) in the order

Expired product received (highly unlikely due to strict QC)

To claim a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. What We Need From You (Mandatory for Approval)

Email or WhatsApp us with:

Clear photo of the outer packaging

Clear photo of the inner product
4️
Video or photos showing the issue

These proofs are necessary because courier companies require documentation for claims.

4. When Replacements Cannot Be Provided

We cannot provide replacements/refunds in the following cases:

  • Product opened/used partially
  • Package thrown away or no photo/video proof
  • Customer did not like the taste/flavour
  • Delivered to incorrect address provided by customer
  • Failure to receive the parcel after 2–3 attempts
  • Delays caused by courier operations, weather, festivals, strikes, etc.
  • Customers refusing COD orders without valid reason

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are approved in the following cases:

If a replacement is not possible

If the order was cancelled before dispatch

If delivery is impossible due to unserviceable PIN code

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Note:

  • For failed delivery due to customer error (wrong address, unreachable phone, refusal), refund will be made after deducting forward + return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order if not shipped.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for food items.

8. Damaged Deliveries

If you receive a damaged parcel:

  1. Take clear photos/videos before opening the packet.
  2. Record the unboxing if possible.
  3. Send us the proof over email/WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement immediately after verification.

9. Delayed Deliveries

Courier delays may occur due to festivals, weather disruptions, operational load, or remote locations.

  • Delays do not qualify for returns or refunds.
  • We will help track and resolve all courier-related issues.
