VYAANZA — SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Vyaanza, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and transparently. We ship across India using trusted courier partners, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India.

2. Shipping Charges

  • FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders.
  • No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price.
  • Express Shipping (3 business days) is available for select locations at an additional amount of ₹65–₹119.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are usually dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
  • No dispatches on Sundays or national/regional holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (festivals/sales), dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days.

4. Delivery Timelines

Approximate delivery time after dispatch:

  • Rajasthan: 1–2 business days
  • North India: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 3–6 business days
  • Remote/Northeast/J&K: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier load, weather, holidays, or logistical delays.

5. Courier Partners

Your order will be shipped via reliable delivery partners, including:

Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Amazon Shipping, DTDC, and many others.

We auto-select the fastest available partner for your PIN code.

6. Tracking & Notifications

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details
  • Live tracking link

If your order ships in multiple parcels, you will receive tracking details for each package.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most serviceable PIN codes.
  • COD is not a trial option—payment must be made before opening the package.
  • COD will be available in additional amount of ₹39 - ₹59
  • Orders refused or not accepted after 3 delivery attempts will be marked as failed.
  • Repeated refusals may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

8. Packaging & Safety

All Vyaanza products are packed using:

  • Food-grade, airtight pouches
  • Tamper-evident outer packaging
  • Additional protection for long-distance shipments

We strive to keep your food fresh, hygienic, and damage-free.

9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order if not yet dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

10. Failed Delivery & Address Issues

  • Couriers will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal:
    • The package returns to us.
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be minus forward + return shipping charges.

11. Returns, Replacements & Refunds (Food Safety Standard)

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

Non-returnable Items

All food items—including Vyaanza Chia Pudding—are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Replacements are offered ONLY if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or leaked package
  • Missing item

To request a replacement:

Share clear photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery showing:

  1. Outer packaging
  2. Inner product
  3. Order ID/Invoice

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

12. Delays Beyond Control

Vyaanza is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes/bandhs
  • Courier network disruptions
  • Holidays or peak-season load

However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.

13. Special Delivery Requests

If you need urgent or time-sensitive delivery, mention it in the order notes or email us.
While we will try our best, specific delivery guarantees cannot be provided.

14. International Shipping

Not available currently.
We will update customers once international delivery begins.
